FORUM, CHAT AND GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR

1.1. You have access to reading and posting in the forums.

1.2. Advertising in the PHDBux forum is prohibited. This includes using signatures with banners for other sites, attempts to gain referrals, offering money or exchanges of any kind.

1.3. Accusations, threats, intimidations, and any disrespect against PHDBux or its members will lead to the immediate suspension of your account.

1.4. Misconduct and disruptive behavior can lead to your PHDBux account becoming suspended. Referrals and earnings will be lost.
USER ACCOUNT

2.1. You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.

2.2. Inactive accounts are removed after 90 days or 3 months. Account termination is irreversible and all balances will be forfeited.

2.3. Your upline cannot be changed.

2.4. We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.

2.5. Since your password is to be kept secret, we do not have access to view your password. If you forget your password you will be sent an automatically generated password. In the event of someone hacking your account, we hold no responsibility. Keep your information secure.

2.6. Your email address will never be given out or sold to anyone.

2.7. Accounts are not transferable.

2.8. PHDBux will not make any changes to user accounts based upon member requests.

2.9. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
REFERRALS

3.1. You must not send unsolicited email.

3.2. You can use any service to make offers to your referrals for joining the site or staying active. Promoting PTSU or Paid to Sign-up offer is allowed and accepted in PHDBux.

3.3. We don’t sell referrals, but we offer it for rent. One rented referrals will last for 3650 days. Rented referrals are just like shares in PHDBux.

3.4 Rented referrals are not bot. They are real human who clicked ads in the last 10 days.
ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

4.1. It has to be stressed that auto-click software of any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.

4.2. Each attempt, in any way, to hack the system will result in immediate IP blacklisting. There will be no warning or discussion regarding the matter.

4.3. Cheating is 100% not tolerated.
PAYMENTS TO USERS

5.1. You will be paid by Payza, EgoPay, LibertyReserve or SolidTrustPay. We strive to have all processors available all the time but no guarantee is provided.

5.2. We are not responsible for payments requested using wrong emails. Make sure to enter the correct payment information at the time you request payment.

5.3. The minimum amount paid is determined upon membership level.

5.4 AlertPay and PayPal payouts are instant. SolidTrustPay and LibertyReservepayouts are manual processed within 72 hrs but usually 24 hrs.
ADVERTISEMENTS

6.1. Only Standard and Mini advertisement are allowed to choose for Geo-targeting countries. The rest of PTC advertisements (Micro and Tiny) are set to all countries.

6.2. You are allowed to target or choose specific membership types.

6.3 We have the right to modify your advertisements.
PAYMENTS TO PHDBux

7.1. We accept payments through Payza, EgoPay, LibertyReserve or SolidTrustPay. We strive to have all processors available all the time but no guarantee is provided.

Paypal is not offered. The following only applies to Paypal, if offered:
7.2. You Paypal account must be verified before we accept your payments. For security reason and to avoid fraudulent, unverified Paypal account is not accepted.

7.3. We will refund your payments if your Paypal is unverified. But If you file a claim with PayPal WITHOUT contacting us first, your account will be suspended.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

8.1. Users using false information when registering risk having their account suspended.

8.2. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including misuse of the system, violation to the Terms of Service, cheating, and fraudulent activity.

8.3. Suspended Accounts cannot be appealed.
LIABILITY

9.1. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.

9.2. We can make changes anytime in click rates, upgrade rates, and withdraw fees or upgrade features.

9.3. PHDBux will not take any responsibility for claims made by advertisements nor members of any kind.

9.4. PHDBux reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without notice.
REFUND POLICY

10.1 We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, have adult or illegal content, contain racism, etc. Advertisements purchased that contain above mentioned items will be removed and will not receive refund.

10.2 All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.

10.3 All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
